However, we need some pretty specific information to help you. So we have included a brief description of terms to help you
describe your problem to us.
| Full Name: | This is your full first and last name
that you used to register the program. We need your full name to issue a keycode. |

| E-mail: | This is your e-mail address.
If you would like us to answer your question, you must give us your email address. |

| Key Code: | Tech support is available to registered
users only, please provide your Key Code. |

| Computer Brand: |
Computer Manufacturer, i.e. Dell, Gateway, etc.. |

| Computer Model: | Manufacturer's Model Number. On some clone PC's there is no model number,
however if you do have one, please send it to us. |

| Computer Type: | Laptop or Desktop |
| |
| CPU: | What processor do you have? You can also get this information on most Microsoft platforms,
by clicking on "System" in the "Control Panel". Look on the "General Tab". |

What Version of Windows or Mac OS are you running? At this time,
we do not support any Linux platforms, or any version of Windows
NT 4 or previous. |

| Video Card: | Flags was designed to run on high end 3D video cards.
To check which video card you have, right click on the "My Computer" icon and choose "Properties". Then choose "Device Manager" and
click on the + sign next to "Display adapters". This will display your video card or chip. |

| Video RAM: | How much RAM is on your video card? You can usually see this when you first
boot up your machine.

| DirectX Version: | DirectX is essentially a library of files that enable developers to write
non hardware specific programs for Microsoft Windows. As a home user, this may not mean much to you, but it enables us
to more easily track down your problem. To find out what version of DirectX you are using, click on "Start" then "Run". In the Run dialog
box type in dxdiag and hit enter. |
